So good to see you, it’s been an absolute age hasn’t it?

What an absolute year it’s been? 2023 has flipped my life upside down on it’s head. Since the MasterChef final aired in June I have set up my own food consultancy business and have been working with brands on lots of exciting projects, as well as running pop up dining experiences up and down the country.

Cooking for me is all about creativity and experimentation.
My flavours have been recognised as being innovative and daring, rooted in creating never before seen flavour combinations. Hear more about my food ethos here.
